With up to 220 ton capacity, our CNC press brakes provide precise, repeatable bending and forming, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent quality. And our sheet follower helps us bend large parts with greater precision and efficiency.
Punching
Amada LC 2012 Laser/Punch Machine
This versatile machine features a CO2 laser with integrated turret punch for efficiently producing holes, slots, forms, louvers, embosses, and complex cutouts. This combination enables precise contour cutting as well as high-speed punching to ensure quality and efficiency are maintained for every part we produce.

With both robotic and manual welding solutions, we can handle anything from heavy steel frames to small weldments. Our certified welders, process automation, and quality checks ensure correct tolerances, weld integrity, and consistent quality.

We offer complete mechanical assembly and kitting services. And our hardware insertion press allows us to install self-clinching fasteners (PEM nuts, standoffs, specialty hardware...) into pre-punched or laser cut holes.

Our ROMER Absolute Arm RA-7330 enables highly-accurate tactile measurements on nearly any kind of part. It's especially useful for inspection of large components.
The Helmel Check Master CMM 538-201 has a resolution of 0.00002" and is used for checking components where extremely tight tolerances and high precision are required.
Our employees take pride in the parts that we ship, so we enable them with the best tools and bulletproof processes to guarantee precision and dimensional accuracy in every part.

What Size Sheets Can You Cut?
Our laser can handle sheets up to 60" x 120".
What Is Your Typical Lead Time?
Our goal is to get estimates send out within 24-48 hours, but sometimes difficult to source materials take more time. We will quote the current lead time with the estimate. This is generally 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of your job and our current work load. We offer expedite services for an additional fee.
What Is Your Accuracy?
It depends on the material and the equipment we use, but we can hold tolerances as low as 0.002" for most applications.
How Thick Can You Cut?
Our laser table can cut material from 0.003" to 1.0" thick. See below for details.
